One table can have unlimited views. Design the view based on the task - data entry, analysis (detailed and summary), reporting (variance) and visualization (chart and card) views. |
Views are alternative layouts for a table of the list and measure dimensions combined with different display modes (e.g. table, chart).
Table views menu
Add and manage your views using the table views menu.
Navigate to each view from the table views menu. The table may have Summary (for highlighting key numbers), Detailed (for data entry, deep analysis), and Chart (for visualization) views.
When interacting to build a new table view, as a first step its a good idea to duplicate the table view starting point and then work. The starting point will be saved and always available.
